Stephen Connolly 2104712d8c Allow configuring case sensitivity (usually you want to leave it as case insensitive as most LDAP attributes are case insensitive, but when using custom attributes you may need to configure a case sensitive strategy) 
- Bumps core to 1.566 to pick up IdStrategy support
