Initial biometric authentication support (#541) 
* [WIP] Initial biometric authentication support

* Redirect decryption app shortcut to go through LaunchActivity

* UserPreference: Clear existing shortcuts when toggling password auth

Clears out any auth-bypassed entries that exist

* Fix hilarious copypasta derp
